1. Product Overview
This vehicle is a dedicated waste collection truck for urban domestic garbage, capable of collecting bagged and bulk garbage and completing the full workflow of container loading, transportation and self-discharging. Its core advantage lies in cyclic operation with multiple bins for a single chassis. Garbage bins can be placed on the ground or pre-buried in pits, drastically cutting procurement costs for sanitation supporting facilities and saving floor space. The superstructure’s hydraulic system is powered via power take-off from the original vehicle engine and controlled by manual valves with no external power supply required. Bin bodies are welded from high-strength carbon steel to avoid secondary pollution caused by garbage leakage and effectively reduce manual labor intensity. The entire lifting and unloading process takes less than 60 seconds.
2. Overall Vehicle Structure
Base Plate: Fabricated by welding No.12 low-alloy channel steel, angle steel and 5/8mm steel plates to bear the weight of garbage bins and swing arms.
Garbage Bin: Constructed with No.6 channel steel and 3/4mm steel plates; optional types include ground-mounted, pit-buried, covered pit-buried and boat-shaped hopper bins.
Main Swing Arm: Box-type welded steel plate structure that lifts, hoists and self-discharges bins through hydraulic cylinders.
Rear Outrigger: Box-type steel plate structure which drops to the ground during operation to stabilize the vehicle and prevent rollover.
Hydraulic System: The engine drives a gear oil pump through a power take-off unit; multi-way manual directional valves control large and small hydraulic cylinders. Equipped with safety overflow valves and oil circuit filters, the system features low failure rates and easy maintenance. Various types of garbage bins are available as options.
